EcoHouse Research

 

 

 

Ana Gatóo is a Project Manager of the EcoHouse Initiative that conducts research on sustainable and affordable housing in the developing world as well as in structural bamboo products. She graduated from Universidad de Alcalá de Henares (Madrid, Spain) with a Bachelor of Building Engineer. She received a Master of Science in Architecture from the University Gadjah Mada (Yogyakarta, Indonesia).

 

She has experience in working on bamboo construction projects in Indonesia and in low-cost housing in Latin America.
